Sit ups. 10 minute warm up walk. 6.70 miles on the tread mill the first 3.50 miles I ran my average 8:34 pace but I've got a bad cold and the second half I slowed it down a bit. No one is here at work again. They are saying that this year could be as bad as back in 2009 when the h1n1 flu was going around. Blah I believe it! Time to sanitize my desk and my house!!! 20 minute elliptical. Stretches.

Weight training. (Legs and stomach)  Started with a 10 minute warm up jog. 3.50 miles - 8:34 pace. I had some minor back problems yesterday after I went grocery shopping. So I kept my mileage pretty low key today. I feel fine, but Ill watch it over the next few days. I probably need to do a better job at strengthening  my core. *sigh* such is life,  45 minutes arc machine.

Weights-core and legs. 10 minute warm up jog. 9:30 min pace. 30 minutes switching from level 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 every minute. My average was a 8:00  min pace  another 30 minutes 8:34 min pace. Stretching, and 17 minutes arc trainer. Total distance 8.29 tm miles. I'm so grateful to exercise. I'm not gonna lie I HATE waking up with a passion. Hence the reason I don't go every day. lol, but it truly keeps me healthy and happy. =) I'm never gonna quit!

Weights-core. 10 minute warm up jog. 930 pace. 1 hour steady easy 8:49 pace. Felt good. I got some inserts for my shoes. I need some new ones, but we just paid for more school, so I'll have to wait a month or so. 13ish mins on the arc trainer.

The inserts help my back tremendously. Makes me feel like Im walking on air, but it adds a bit of weight to the shoe and makes them feel heavy. After 8 miles my knees felt sore. lol If its not one thing it's anotha! I really wanted to do 10 today, but I figured I needed to be careful. I'll take sore knees over back though. Ill get new shoes here soon. 8.05  tm miles 8:34 AP Elliptical for 20 minutes. Arc machine for 30. Worked core.

Foam rolled my back and knees. I ran 8.05 TM miles today. WOOT! I was really happy that I was actually able to run, as my back and knees have been having problems lately. I dunno what I am gonna do for the next few weeks. My back hurts and so do my knees. I don't really think running has really hurt it any worse, (honest- I really don't) , but I don't know if running is helping it get better either. *sigh* Well I'm gonna be icing, resting, and all that good stuff and see how I feel later this week. I'm gonna try and be smart about it, but I gotta say-having had previous injuries I'm kind of thankful for them now. I know what to do and what to expect and to not freak out, and the silver lining is that it's winter. I think Ill be fine. Just gotta be careful =) 50 minutes elliptical.

SO confused! 10 min warm up walk. 7.66 slow tm miles. 18 minutes elliptical. Stretched. Worked legs and core-better then usual because I had the more time today. (James and I have the day off) Foam rolled knees and back. Hot tub and got a great massage from that. Came home showered put on some icy hot. Went back to sleep. and now I'm icing. I go up and down.. sometimes I feel great like nothing has happened. Last night I was dancing and had no struggle with moving around. Other parts of the day (like when first waking up, or sitting for too long) I really feel pretty tight, sore, and tender and more then what would be considered usual.  Well- whateveh I'll figure it out! Long weekend! I'm tempted to go to Kneaders today. James and I are going on a staycation to SLC tomorrow. Should be fun...
