Weight training. (Legs and stomach) Started with a 10 minute warm up jog. 3.50 miles - 8:34 pace. I had some minor back problems yesterday after I went grocery shopping. So I kept my mileage pretty low key today. I feel fine, but Ill watch it over the next few days. I probably need to do a better job at strengthening my core. *sigh* such is life, 45 minutes arc machine. |
