Personal: I am Kira Morris I am 23 years old and Married to My Husband James Morris We have been happily married for 4 years now
I am new to the running world but I have been exercising and trying to stay fit for about 3 years now My Dad died when I was 16 years old, and a lot of my family has health issues so eating right and being Healthy is important to me.
I know I can do hard things, and I don't believe in giving up. I also think Life is what we make of it and that Happiness is a choice
I am excited for Life and where it takes me

| | Elliptical for hour and a half. Weights. I have felt sore, but I did some stretches and that helped. I'm crossing my fingers I can run tomorrow but I'm not counting my eggs before they hatch. I am probably getting new shoes this weekend :D | Add Comment |
| | My mileage this week sucks. :( but what can you do when you got sore knees? Oh... thats right!!! Get new shoes!!!! Hopefully doing that today. Overall still a good work out. | | Weights. 6 minute warm up on the elliptical. One hour running. 24 minutes walking. My shoes DO help :) but something is still up. I still feel sore.. and something feels off... I am thankful for my shoes because it REALLY made it more apparent to me when I was running. One leg feels longer then the other... and my back feels off. Gah! When will this be over? I guess its a process... and I should just count my blessings! Made appointment with my chiropractor to see what he says. Hes a really honest guy. He doesn't try to convince I "need" to come in. Or sell me products. I think he should be able to help.. and if not.. he should be able to give me a good referral | Comments(1) |

:(:(:( Went to the Chiropractor yesterday. It's my SI joint. He rolled my back, did some electric therapy and adjusted it. He told me I should take it light before I start to run again. I go next week to get adjusted again. I am very disheartened, but I know Ill be fine.
Weights. 30 minutes elliptical. 1 hour arc machine.

| | Lots of weights. I've put more on.. which means I'm getting stronger :D I love new challenges. Well work out challenges. I like to push new limits. I'm not saying I'm that great or anything... but its personal progress for *ME*. Elliptical for 2 hours.. on level 12. I went in the wet sauna after and stretched, and then I thought the hot tub might help with my back ... so I turned the jets on and let them massage the sore areas... and I feel better. I am going to do that next week too!

Weights. Elliptical for about a hour. 37 minutes on the TM. Ran 31 minutes at a 8:49 pace. Didn't have any pain DURING the run. 5 minute cool down. Stretched. Felt a little soreness in my lower back AFTER... so I foam rolled it. The soreness isn't too painful... but its sore nonetheless
