Personal: I am Kira Morris I am 23 years old and Married to My Husband James Morris We have been happily married for 4 years now
I am new to the running world but I have been exercising and trying to stay fit for about 3 years now My Dad died when I was 16 years old, and a lot of my family has health issues so eating right and being Healthy is important to me.
I know I can do hard things, and I don't believe in giving up. I also think Life is what we make of it and that Happiness is a choice
I am excited for Life and where it takes me

| | Today was a AWESOME work out. 8 miles at 8:41 pace. 10 minutes elliptical 36 minutes arc trainer. Got some really good stretching in, and did some really good arm weights. I felt the burn after.
My legs aren't sore... and I got a good combination of everything :) Perfect recipe for a Saturday!
