Lifes battles dont always go to the fastest or strongest man but sooner or later the man who wins is the fellow who thinks he can.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Many of lifes failures are from people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up

Personal:

I am Kira Morris I am 23 years old and Married to My Husband James Morris We have been happily married for 4 years now

I am new to the running world but I have been exercising and trying to stay fit for about 3 years now

My Dad died when I was 16 years old, and a lot of my family has health issues so eating right and being Healthy is important to me.

I know I can do hard things, and I don't believe in giving up. I also think Life is what we make of it and that Happiness is a choice

I am excited for Life and where it takes me

New TMS @ the gym. Lacy showed me these machines that stretch your back and legs... and lets just say its changed my life!!! :) :) :)

Walked on a incline yesterday. My knees are sore. half hour elliptical, half hour arch machine and half hour TM.

Put 2 hours at the gym doing a variation of weights, cardio and machines. old school Kira style. I wanted to run, but my knee has been bothering me. So ill wait a couple days.

10 miles on the TM at a 8:41 pace

Ran 6.5 miles on TM. walked .5 elliptical 25 min

Today was a AWESOME work out. 8 miles at 8:41 pace. 10 minutes elliptical 36 minutes arc trainer. Got some really good stretching in, and did some really good arm weights. I felt the burn after. 


My legs aren't sore... and I got a good combination of everything :) Perfect recipe for a Saturday!

Sits ups. Weights. Hour and a half elliptical.

Stretches. Foam roller. (it did wonders!) Ran 7.0 miles on the TM. 30 minutes elliptical. Weights. Sauna. Good workout! :)

8.2 total miles. 7.5 miles actually running. 20 minutes elliptical. 30 minutes arc machine. No weights :( I had to get home! My mommy slept over and our breakfast was waiting!
