Personal: I am Kira Morris I am 23 years old and Married to My Husband James Morris We have been happily married for 4 years now
I am new to the running world but I have been exercising and trying to stay fit for about 3 years now My Dad died when I was 16 years old, and a lot of my family has health issues so eating right and being Healthy is important to me.
I know I can do hard things, and I don't believe in giving up. I also think Life is what we make of it and that Happiness is a choice
I am excited for Life and where it takes me

| | Weights, Sit ups, TM for 55 minutes . Elliptical for 30. I lost my ipod this morning and was so sad! My husband bought it for me and it was NOT cheap... said a little prayer and felt prompted to go look again....and I FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy right now. So much to be thankful for.

| | Got my hair done yesterday and came to the gym and everyone was so sweet and nice. It was kind of a dramatic change and sometimes people can be brutally honest so I was afraid of what they might say, but their reactions were all positive I think. Saturday 2 hour recovery workout. Lots of cardio, but no running, My knees needed the tlc. Should be good for a next week :D Special K protein chocolate peanut butter meal bar for breakfast. Uhm YUMMY!
