| | Windy morning makes for slow paces. Oh well. I felt good around mile 3.09 and changed my plans of running 6 to 10. Probably wasn't the smartest thing to do, but here I be. Felt good up until the last mile. It was starting to get a little too bright in my eyes and the temps were rising. I feel a little sore, so ice and stretching it is! Other then that...I needed this run for a self esteem boost. It felt good to be outside enjoying the tranquility that nature brings. | Add Comment |
