Foam rolled my back and knees. I ran 8.05 TM miles today. WOOT! I was really happy that I was actually able to run, as my back and knees have been having problems lately. I dunno what I am gonna do for the next few weeks. My back hurts and so do my knees. I don't really think running has really hurt it any worse, (honest- I really don't) , but I don't know if running is helping it get better either. *sigh* Well I'm gonna be icing, resting, and all that good stuff and see how I feel later this week. I'm gonna try and be smart about it, but I gotta say-having had previous injuries I'm kind of thankful for them now. I know what to do and what to expect and to not freak out, and the silver lining is that it's winter. I think Ill be fine. Just gotta be careful =) 50 minutes elliptical. |
