Ran 10.3 miles on the TM! So proud of myself! I just woke and said... I think Ill run 10 miles today... I wasn't really sure if I could do it or not yet... but I was going to give it shot. Luckily I had half a caffeine chew and friends to keep me motivated. I even got some SPEED in... at one time I got down to about 8:05 minute pace and held it for a few minutes. Which is progress for me! This made me feel confident. Did some serious stretches. Weights, and then elliptical for 19 minutes I don't know why exactly maybe just to cool down ... Probably just because I had the time! No work today!!!
