Progress! My quads didn't hurt like they have (still sore though, and I should still be careful). Kept a good steady pace, and felt stronger then I have in the last 3 weeks.

oh, Thanks Rachelle. Sorry I haven't commented much on your blog. I still LOVE YOU! Im just not that in frb right now since its winter and blah and I've been borderline injury. Anywho. I think Im out of the tunnel, and I can't wait until spring and Summer. We need to run again, and when I do sign up for a race, I would love it if you would pace me :)
