Sit ups. 10 minute warm up walk. 7.0 miles on the tm. 20 minutes elliptical. I found out I have runners knee.I bet your wondering how that happened with such low mileage as me. Its because I'm a tall girl and sitting at a desk with my knees bent or even hyper extended beneath my chair hasn't served me well. Something Im working on fixing Anywho- It's pretty much recovered, but I got a mini brace to help, and it really does. |
